What Rachel says about Eldad:

“When you are faced with a tax dispute, Eldad is a reassuring voice when picking up the phone and making that first call. He listens and makes sure to understand your tax problem from your perspective, once you are on the same page he explains your options to you simply to help you move forward.

Eldad’s ability to relate to clients from all walks of life, instill comfort and trust in them, and ultimately help them through what can be one of the most trying times of their lives is admirable.

And he’s the only lawyer I know who thinks jeans and a T-shirt fit the definition of business casual.”

Eldad holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business (2001) and a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in Boston (2010). He is licensed to practice law in Ontario, New York and Massachusetts.

What Eldad says about Rachel:

“Rachel has spent most of her career as a litigator. Her litigation experience enables her to understand how to work and negotiate with multiple stakeholders pulling in every direction; her litigation experience is an asset as she now handles all manners of transactions in business, wills and estates and real estate.

Rachel is sharp, tenacious and thoughtful; to be sure, she is an ally in any transaction.

Her skills as a lawyer almost make up for the fact that I am no longer allowed to eat junk food at my desk since we started working together.”

Rachel holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law (2010), and a Master of Laws in Civil Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution from Osgoode Hall Law School (2017).
